Looking for internal Ticket System for WordPress (Plugin)

Hi,

i am currently looking for an internal Ticket System for my WordPress Page. We do get a lot of questions over our emails so our workers would like to manage those questions inside our wordpress installation. I know there are better solutions for this but for now we are looking for a fast easy solution in the meantime. Is there a Plugin for this? Customers should not see the ticket system – it should only be accessed via link and user credentials.
