Looking for assistance if anyone knows of any plugins that are setup like an on screen text book, divided by chapters, sections, subsections, etc. Also the ability to have index for terms, where you could hover over a word that is defined and have an explanation popup.
Here is a good example, from a municipal code website, they display the chapters and sections down the left side that expand as you dive further into the document and content in the center, each section if kind of its on thing.
