I am looking for a plugin which will allow users to login to upload photos to album . User login to website and click photos to view and upload
1. There has to be access control for which user can upload photos
2. Choose storage location to upload maybe either in NAS

If it is just photos you can use an image gallery plugin like Envira.
If you need more upload stuff you can use formidable forms to upload
If you want a lot more you can use MemberPress with formidable forms
