Looking for someone who can help us develop a custom plugin

I need a plugin created for a WordPress website that is currently in development. The website is built around the Divi theme, if that makes any difference.

We need a precise process on the front end, so we are happy to jump on a call to review the requirements. We want someone that can take the time to understand what we are trying to accomplish and guide us on our needs to get the job done.

**Front End requirements**

* On the front end, we will display an extensive gallery grid of images (150+ image gallery)
* The user will be allowed to choose 5-10 images from the gallery
* can be an infinity scroll page or pagination
* (not a priority) the photos will need to appear in a different random order each time they go through this process
* should show a counter or, better yet, a thumbnail list of the selected images
* If we include the list of thumbnails, we should allow them to click on an “x” to remove it from the selection
* The user clicks on the “Done” button
* The Visitor is taken to a new page where the images selected are collaged together ([sample])
* A full screenshot/photo of the collage is created
* The collage image/screenshot is automatically added to a gallery page for other visitor to view ([sample])

**Backend dashboard requirement**

* Have an area to curate the large image gallery
* Have an area to curate the collage gallery page
