Looking to build a high-value website for a client for a budget of $250 (I’m in a third-world country)

So I want to build a wordpress site for a who I’ll do digital marketing services for and it may be a long-term working relationship. I’ve done wordpress websites before but I’d like to do this very professionally.

I want to take a maximum profit of around 50% and use the rest to buy good resources (hosting, themes, etc.). For a start here’s how it will look like:

$125 – profit

$10 – domain name

$65 – Hosting for 1 year

$50 – Theme

I know I can get a theme for the above price or cheaper, but how about hosting?

Any good hosting I can use with the above pricing or should I just charge higher prices like $300 – $350?
