Loop video on banner in WP?

Hi Guys!

I want to add a 20 seconds cut video (from youtube or other site) on a main banner to one of our WP websites. Can you recommend me a plug in that does this.

Basically it would be just a main banner on the home page that has a loop video and some text on it.
