Mobile compatibility is theme dependent.
Looking at your site, you use ksand-boilerplate theme which `could not be found in the projectdmc.org/themes/ directory, as far as I can see.
If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.
