What is the URL of the site and what plugin were you using to provide the two-step authentication functionality?
and im not sue accualy about the plugin…
That is a WordPress.com site, which we can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities:
WordPress.com has complete documentation and support contacts at https://wordpress.com/support/
With that said, if you have your backup codes https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/#backup-codes you can just use those.
If you didn’t save or print your backup codes, you’ll need to contact their support.
