I have a client website which uses Polylang Pro for manual translations and each translated site sits on its own domain, like site.co.uk and site.es. I’m now trying to find a way to add machine translation (Google Translate, ChatGPT or others) for translating content. Ideally I would like the work flow to be like this:
1. An original post is created in english on co.uk.
2. I create a translation through Polylang for that blog post and select the AI to translate the original text from english to spanish. Even better would be if I on the original post could check a bunch of flags for AI translations and it creates a translated post connected through Polylang for each one.
Is there something remotely close to this out there? I tried plugins like Conveythis and Weglot but they all seem to have this on the fly translation with a widget and not support for subdomains etc.

Hi,
Alex from ConveyThis is here.
To be honest, our product indeed works with sub-domains. You can set it up by modifying CNAME records and your translations will be synchronized for all supported languages.
