I have a WordPress running for my daughter website. She has started a swimschool for children.
She gets a lot of questions where she needs to send some information that is not available on the site.
There are also mails she needs to send with the confirmation that their spot has been reserved, a mail to pay the advance, a mail to pay the full amount and then mails with practical information about the lessons themselves.
I can send mails from her account (hosted as a custom domain with Apple Mail) and the forms work.
Do you know of any mail plugin where you can select a prepared mail template, just edit some details and send it to one recipient?
Either I find Template builders, or full fledged CRM systems for marketing mails. Neither of them really work, it is more a smtp send from a template kind of stuff if that makes any sense?
Any ideas of plugins that are able to do this?
