My wife’s trying to integrate Mailchimp on her [WordPress.com]) site. We’re using this:
[https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/mailchimp-block/])In the block editor for the Mailchimp block, there’s a section entitled “Signup Location Tracking”. There are 2 fields in this section:
* SIGNUP FIELD TAG
* SIGNUP FIELD VALUE
We have tried using various values for the tag (e.g. SIGNUP) and value (e.g. HomePage), but whenever we test signing up for the email list, on Mailchimp we only get the email address but never the SIGNUP information.
I can’t tell whether the problem is that WordPress is not sending those 2 fields to Mailchimp, or whether Mailchimp is not receiving them correctly.
Has anyone gotten this to work?
