Mailer Lite

Hi, I am using WordPress with Oxygen Builder and wish to have Sign-Up and Newsletter form. I tried to use Mailer Lite, however, it looks like within Oxygen Editor I can’t see any form, nor on the final page.

Any of you have got this running? Any recommendation, if not Mailer Lite, what else should I look for ?
