“User registration not synced to MailerLite because email address wasn’t detected in the submitted data.” means that WP Fusion couldn’t find an email address for the new user.
How are your users registering?
Can you go to Users >> Add New and add a user that way, and see if it syncs?
Also, these logs you have just shared are from the new Mailerlite, correct? What do the logs show on the site connected to the old Mailerlite?

OK, with new version I did now under advanced an export.
They seem to be all there even if it still shows background work, stacking by the last one user.
Background operation running: Processing 11 / 12 Users – 8 errors encountered. Check the logs for more details.
And many failures in log like:

Ah, ok, I see what’s going on.
Normally when a user registers we check MailerLite to see if it’s a new or existing subscriber.
If it’s a new subscriber, you will see:
Info — No contact found in MailerLite for [email protected]
In this case it is not handling the error message correctly and it is recording it as a serious error, instead of just an “Info” message.
This is ok, it won’t affect the functionality, but we will fix that for the next update. Thanks for letting us know! 🙂
