Mailing list that’s easy like Shopify, but for WordPress and woocommerce?

I’ve got a few thousand customers I’m trying to import to a new website I’m building for myself. Unfortunately I don’t have a CSV file have to manually enter the emails. In addition to that I’m trying to find something that I can plug into my WordPress site. I’m using BeTheme.

I also have a paid outlook email subscription, not sure if there’s a way to have an ecosystem there.

I’ve also put everything I have into this new site. I’m hoping I can find something with a 30 day free trial! Any suggestions?
