(Mailpoet) code on home page instead of content (only sometimes!)

Please help! Instead of my home page showing up on my new blog, it’s just a bunch of code. Sometimes if you go directly to the site [cookandcrumbs.com](https://cookandcrumbs.com) it’s fine, but if you click “home” then it’s this box of code and nothing else. It looks like MailPoet code, presumably from my subscription box which I’m using a MailPoet plugin for. I’ve gone through my plugins and don’t think anything is conflicting but I’m not sure what would be. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. My other plugins are asgaros forum, demo importer plus, jetpack, performance lab, recaptcha for asgaros, site kit, smush, wp delicious, and Yoast SEO. Thank you!
