I’m a marketer who works with local businesses in a specific niche. Most of these businesses have extremely simple website needs — standard 5 page brochure + 2-3 landing pages for specific offers. The kind of thing that it’s not even worth it for most developers to build.
The most complicated features on the sites are a Calendly integration or similar widget that allows a user to schedule a meeting and occasionally create an account and make a payment (think MindBody, Vagaro, etc). Maybe they need to collect emails with the Hubspot plugin.
As of now, I know how to build those sites using Elementor + Hello Theme. What I don’t know is how to make sure they’re secure, backed up appropriately, legally compliant, and built with *basic* Local SEO in mind. Hosting is also a bit of a black box for me, but honestly I’d be fine just getting Elementor hosting for all of them.

I want to learn this stuff so I can confidently offer this service to my clients as **part** of an overall marketing package. Again — we’re not dealing with anything complicated here, but I don’t know what I don’t know, and I’m not willing to wing it and get my clients in trouble (hacked, fined, website accidentally deleted, etc etc etc). Yes, I could subcontract this out to a web agency, but that seems like overkill for what my clients need and the margins just aren’t there for me to be able to do that yet.
If you own an agency or are a freelance WordPress developer, would you be willing to get me up to speed on these issues? I’ll happily pay to avoid wading into tutorial hell and potentially overlooking something important.
If this sounds like something you’re interested in, send me a DM with your hourly rate and how many hours you think it’ll take me to learn what I need to learn.
