Make static pages and use wordpress only for dynamic part of website – but how to embed wordpress forms on static pages

[ad_1]

I have a clients website with woocommerce. Most of the dynamic function is on the store’s inventory page, category list page & single product page.

To improve our SEO performance and to offload the burden of plugins/themes etc on the homepage, I want to make the homepage, contact us, faq and some other pages as static html pages since they don’t get updated frequently.

Therefore WordPress will be installed in the shop directory i.e mywebsite.com/shop. Root directory will contain static pages.

However I want to have a newsletter subscription form on the homepage and some other static, with Name/Email fields. I have gravity forms in my wordpress, Is there an easy way to embed gravity form or any other wordpress form plugin to the static pages?
