What tool do you use to manage a ton of sites? I’m talking about tracking the progress of work on them (content updates, code changes, new earned backlinks)…
I use Taskade and Airtable to manage 50+ sites but I can’t say I’m doing great.
I’m thinking of automating this somehow, but I need your advice, especially if you own or work in an agency 👋

Teamwork, jira, bitbucket.
Having managed a portfolio of thousands of sites, I use GitHub for theme and plugin versioning, blog vault for bulk and auto updates, rollbacks, staging sensitive updates as well as malware scanning – wpcli for managed portfolio wide plugin deployment. I have a few hundred on updraft, where deeper visual regression is needed over bv’s single page version.
MainWP works great. Ugly UI but gets the job done.
