I sell personalized products on Etsy and eBay, and I’m looking for a solution to better manage them. Etsy and eBay are not very user-friendly when it comes to customization. I need customization similar to Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce. However, this plugin is not a complete solution for me. What I want to achieve is when someone buys a product, I will send them a message with a link that I will generate specifically for them. When they click on the link, they will see a list of products they bought on Etsy/Ebay and will have the option to customize them (like in the above plugin). Once they personalize the products, it will show up in my dashboard as ready to be fulfilled. After I complete the project, the buyer will need to approve the design in some cases, and then I will know I can proceed with the order. Additionally, in some places, there will be advertisements for products that may interest the buyer to purchase. So, the buyer will have visibility into their order every time they click on the link I sent them initially. It seems like I need something between the above-mentioned plugin and a ticket system. I thought about doing this on WordPress and creating a separate page (post) for each order that will list the products the buyer purchased. The page will be password-protected, which I will give to the client. But what next? Do you have any ideas on how to do this using existing plugins (they can be paid)?
