I recently switched from Autoptimize to WP Rocket.
This may seem like a dumb question, but I noticed that there is an Autoptimize folder located under ***wp-content –> cache***.
Is it safe for me to manually delete that folder and its files?

Yes, it’s safe. If a plugin needs that folder in the future, it will recreate it.
