I’m sorry to heard that but I checked our tickets history and I did not find any ticket with the issue you mention here or with your name
Regarding the first issue you mention, the best would be to write our support and send us a PHP error log file to see what is stopping our recount tool, since our recount tool brings you the ability to define how many users to recount per loop, so if you setup it to, for example, 100, GamiPress will recount all your users in groups of 100 and commonly any server is able to handle this
Regarding the second issue, since is related to a premium add-on, I’m sorry but you may need to open a ticket since 1) we can not offer support for premium plugins here and 2) we need to verify that you are a license holder for that add-on
About your last question, purchasing our plugin will entitle you to receive support for our plugins (even we bring you support about the free stuff without cost) and any issue reported will be always investigated and resolved by our team, but again, for premium related questions everything needs to go through a support ticket from our website, not here in the WordPress forums since those forums are designed only for the free version
