Membership service WooCommerce

I’m looking to integrate my wordpress website with a plugin to be able to manage a membership discord. The idea is to automate the adding/removal of members based off the plan they buy. So I’ll be using WooCommerce with stripe to process payments.

How can this be done? Where they can sign up for the membership but have to list their discord username at checkout so they can be invited to the server and how do I add current members into this system.

I’m just trying to automate the process.

Would appreciate if someone could guide me and if there’s a free option available that does the job
