You had a similar thread several months ago. I followed all of the described steps , checking the health status after each step, but I am now not able to recreate the reported issue in a clean WordPress installation with only SiteGround Optimizer and SiteGround Security plugins installed. This comes to suggest that some of your other plugins or themes are causing this.
Try to temporarily disable all other plugins and revert to a default theme and then test again. Then re-enable the plugins one by one.
If the issue continues to occur, please, post a support ticket through the SiteGrtound User Area, so that we can check the case further.
