Menu Item and Slider Image Disappears When Logged Out

I have added a menu item and it does not show when I am logged out.

(It should be HOME PORTFOLIO CONTACT US)

Also, the slider image doesn’t show when I am logged out.

Please help…..I am getting so much stress over this.
