‘Menu layout’ setting does not work as expected

Can you make sure that ‘Override WordPress (For All WP Users):’ is NOT checked?

I now see there are two ‘override’ checkboxes.

And I notice that I need to load the page again after saving, to see the changes. Just saving the changes does not immediately change the menu, even though there appears to be a page reload.
