Hi Team,
We are facing an issue while using the export option in Metaslider plugin, the page displays the notification “all slides loaded” but there are no slides displayed. We tried updating the plugin, but it does not allow the update saying “Update failed: Could not copy file. ml-slider/themes/images/tim-peterson-1099515-unsplash.jpg” though this file has a permission of 0777(RWX). Kindly do the needful. Also we tried raising a support request through the Metaslider-pro account, but the form does not allow us to submit the ticket (403 error).
