Migrating to WordPress

[ad_1]

Hi all, I’m in a little bit of a pickle.

I run an automotive website with 50,000+ monthly visitors, and that is growing quite quickly.

We do daily news and reviews, with compressed images as webp files.

I was setup using Webflow by the developer I was working with, but already I’m over the limit on the bandwidth of the website (470gb for month at 400gb). Webflow want at least $15k USD per year for an enterprise plan to cover increasing bandwidth, which I can’t afford and seems frankly ridiculous pricing for the website at this stage.

I have a couple of questions, and apologies in advance because I’m a total noob at web development:

1. How feasible is it to migrate from Webflow to WordPress? We have about ~250 pages in the CMS.
2. Is WordPress using a VPS the right path forward considering we’re expecting more growth in the short to medium term?

Thanks in advance!
