Missing alt attributes

Hi there, need some help with missing alt attributes on a WordPress site I recently took ownership of.

SemRush returned missing alt attributes when conducting a site audit, so I went through and added alt attributes to all of the media. SemRush is still returning missing alt attributes on all of the images. Any idea how I can fix this?
