I am using WordPress within Bluehost.
I am using Yith Wonder Theme.
Yesterday I was able to see and change the Headers & Footers as I Edited any page.
Today I loaded and tried a different Theme (Organic Stax) and now I cannot see the Headers or Footers to edit them.
I have removed all unnecessary Plugins and Deleted the Organic Stax Theme.
I still cannot see them.
Help!

Headers and Footers are usually setup on a theme to theme basis. So by changing theme you need to rebuild them. If you switch back they will likely show up again. Same goes for certain builders, if you use the builder itself to make portions of your site and then disable it or switch to another all your work will go away. Switching things around is not seamless in WordPress unless you use stock WordPress or maybe some block based themes.
Headers and footers usually are the part of the theme. If you switch to Yith Wonder Theme, then i think you will get your previous header and footer
