Since the ticker was running on every page, I’m assuming you had embedded code in either the parent or child theme you are running on your site? Did you recently update either of these?
My guess is that whichever template file the ticker was embedded on has been overwritten and it no longer exists. Where was the ticker running on your site?
It’s possible it was also added with a widget in a widget area that displayed on every page. If this is the case, check to see if the widget was removed from the widget area.
Thank you for your quick response. I discovered it was another plugin causing a conflict with Ditty and it has now been resolved.
