I am new to WordPress, I have built my website for pc but when I look at the mobile version everything compresses and looks ugly, is there a way to make the mobile version exactly the same to the desktop version ?

You wouldn’t want your mobile version to look like your desktop version. For one, the screens are completely different sizes, and aspect ratios.
