Modifications do not apply to LocalWP

Help me, I'm almost going crazy. I'm designing a website on LocalWP, and any modification to any file ( PHP, CSS or js ) in the theme (Careerify Theme) is not applied to the site.. What is the problem and what is the solutions?
I use lastest version of LocalWP
I activated Wordefens Plugin, then I deleted it, and the issue still existing
