Monsterinsights Quota?

I’ve been running the free version of Monsterinsights, and as of today it’s stopped working. I have a 403 error and it’s telling me “**Error Code: Above Quota Limit.”**

I wasn’t aware that there was a quota limit. Contact Support demands that I have an account first. Clicking ‘create account’ takes me to a page where my only option is to choose a paid account.

Any ideas?
