Moved wordpress from subdomain to root folder

Hi,

I’ve done this many times but not sure what is happening this time.

I edited the URL to make it the root URL

Then moved all files to root domain. All good. Site shows as normal. I can login.

Then went to add this to wp-config. with the URL but the site is a black screen now.

define(‘WP_HOME’, ‘http://example.com’); define(‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘http://example.com’);
