This is a bit of a mess actually.
So I wanted to move a field from Group A to Group B.
The field from Group A was moved, but on page refresh the field re-appeared back in Group A.
The field is now present in both Group A and Group B where it was moved to.
Now deleting the field from Group A not only deletes the field from Group B also, but it replaces the deleted field in Group A with additional field (randomly selected from existing fields?) in my case a Tab.
Deleting the additional field just replaces the field with yet another field, so I can’t seem to actually delete the field, some other filed keeps on coming back.
Now I realised that trying to delete these additional fields (in my case Tabs) that appeared, It also deleted them from the actual Field Group they were originally placed in. Restoring the backup now as I completely screwed my ACF field setup.
This might need your attention please guys.
