Moving my site to a new domain

[ad_1]

**ALL THE DOMAINS MENTIONED IN THIS POST ARE FOR EXAMPLE PURPOSES AND NOT THE REAL DOMAIN(S).**

Let’s say I have my site greattelevision .com because television .com was taken and the owner did not want to sell…5 years later after blogging in greattelevision….television decides he is retiring or whatever reason offers me television, I agree and now I have televsion .com. I decide to move from greattelevision to television.

Back ups, transfer to television, the standard process.

However, all my posts at greattelevision have images greatelevision .com/wp-content/uploads/image\_name.jpg for example. That is around 1830 daily posts. Let’s say I blogged daily for 5 years.

When I transfer posts to television, all the posts will have the image links to greattelevision/wp-content/uploads/image\_name.jpg. Is there an easier way to change all the image links from greattelevision/wp-content/uploads/image\_name.jpg to television/wp-content/uploads/image\_name.jpg ? or do I have to do it manually for all 1830 posts?

All videos embedded are on youtube so that does not change.
