It’s not an issue with your browser or computer, it’s a server issue if anything as everything related to plugins is done on your server not your local computer.
Either way, you will need to contact mpforms plugin developers or maybe your host since you are having issues with other plugins as well and ask them about it. Maybe they can see something in the server’s error logs.
