When I create a user account for a developer and assign an admin role, then he becomes the main admin and can delete accounts and my account become a user account with admin role. How can I fix that? I want to make sure, I’m the main admin and after I can delete their account when it’s no longer needed.

Mm this doesn’t sound right. Creating admin users should not change your user role.
