Could you please share with us the logs, if available.
Also, just to clarify, did you already have a chance to reach out to YITHโs support channel about this, or otherwise? I see there is YITH WooCommerce Subscription Premium activated on the Checkout page.
Version 8.5.0 of WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway brought some changes with regard to subscriptions.
