Multiple WP databases on server, how do I find out what they were used for?

Hey all,

I’m looking at a hosting account for someone at the moment who wants help migrating a WP site. They’ve only told me about one site, but there are 4x wordpress databases on the server.

I know which one is the one for the current site, and there are no subdomains set up.

Is there any way to tell what the other databases are used for? Whether they’re installed in a subfolder or something like that, or are just remnants of old or test sites?
