How does this plugin work on a multisite network? if it does…
Is it network activated? Or activated site by site?
Performance Lab can be network activated, but the specific settings (in Settings > Performance) are managed on a site-by-site basis.
Also, does this plugin convert existing images or only images yet to be uploaded?
At this time, the plugin converts JPEG images that you upload after plugin installation/activation, and does not convert existing JPEG images in your Media Library. That said, we anticipate adding functionality in the future that will allow you to generate WebP versions for all of your existing JPEGs.
