I can only help you regarding the plugin.
Since you already read the documentation page there is nothing elese I can add.
AdSense ads are served by Google and only Google knows why some for some ad block no ad was served.

I just didn’t understand while the ads are showing on the desktop how come they don’t show on a mobile (call phone)? And I thought this may be happening because of the plugin and that’s why I asked here.
Do you have any idea why my ads are not showing on mobile?
