I made backup on august 2022. File is 700mb. I never knew the new policy can change the promise and now charge 70$ to restore. This is too big of a unexpected change.
I urge you to reconsider letting the backup that was made before the date of this new unexpected policy to be able to restore without charging 70$, as it was promised so. This is a serious business which require serious promise to keep.
Reply if there is anything I can do to restore my 700mb file , free of charge as was previously agreed.
