My Isotope post grid has suddenly gone bananas

My WordPress installation (on [my website]) uses a moderately modified version of a now-defunct theme (which I know I should replace, but I’ve added so many amateurishly coded custom things to it that it would be a huge hassle).

Suddenly, my main page post grid, which is the default setting of the theme and uses Isotope, has gone rogue, and [the individual grid items are spaced out and for the most part aligned left]). I’m honestly at a complete loss as to what could have caused this; it just suddenly *appeared*, and it doesn’t seem connected to a WordPress or plugin update. The only thing I can think of is that I added some menu items in the Customize mode, but how would that have messed up the grid layout? In any case, how on earth do I solve this?
