My staging site will not manually backup with WPvivid. What can I do to fix this issue?

I reached out to WPvivid support and they provided a troubleshooting document to follow: . I followed all the steps and it’s still failing.

I’m waiting on another email from WPvivid support to help, but I might not get a reply until tomorrow.

Can anyone help me out with this?

  1. Impossible to help when you don’t provide any information other than “it doesn’t work“. Have you checked the php logs? Have you enabled WP_DEBUG?
