My website’s content is misaligned and the page loading speed is abysmal. I have no idea what to fix. Pls help explaining how to fix it?

I’m working on a real estate site. I have done it before with the same theme but for this client somehow everything is going haywire. The page speed is pretty darn slow and the property pages are misaligned. I’ve tried minifying the website images, deleting unnecessary content from the backend but the issue still persists. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated
