I ran into a problem with a plugin and wanted to check my error log. There was NO error log. I then wanted to check my config file. There was NO config file. I wanted to send a support ticket via my wordpress.com account. I logged in to my account which is the ONLY ADMIN in this site. This site didn’t belong to me. I then remembered I purchased this hosting with another email. There was no wordpress.com account with that email.
I am now apparently the proud owner (or not?) of a wordpress.com site that runs without a config file and is not owned by any account. Please help me. I am about to go mad.
