My work has asked me to upload data from about 800 word documents to WordPress as individual posts. Text only, no images. What is the best way to do this in bulk?

Trying to avoid copy/paste 800 times for each post. I would like the title of the file to be the post title. Any plugin that will do this for me? (Company/freelancer I can hire?)
