MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.

I installed wordpress a few weeks ago then this problem came up, i looked up on youtube and found a guy who replaced old data with new data in mysql folder, it worked out but not for long, it came up again so i tried a different solution from youtube, it worked but i could not open my wordpress, frustrated i deleted everything including xampp and wordpress, installed everything again and started my work from the scratch, worked for a few days then again it appeared again I have windows 11 and i have latest version of xampp and wordpress. I even tried changing mysql port from 3306 to 3307 still didnt work, im looking for a permanent solution, kindly help 🙁
