Thanks for fast reply. Unfortunately I am not allowed to share our store yet which I know will limit your ability to help. Sorry for this.

We ar using Woodmart theme and latest version of your plugin, so they should be compatible according to documentation. Also, the issue exist using only Woocommerce plugin and your plugin, all other plugins deactivated for debug purposes.

I am just wondering if anyone have experienced something similar and have some tips on what could be the cause for us to try.

There are no known issues like what you describe. Moreover, our plugin works well with the configuration you describe (just tested again to be sure).

As you know, there are many variables with WordPress: different settings, different hosting, plugin conflicts, maybe a browser extension changes page output, ….

So it is hard to debug this without seeing the product page. Please get back to us when you can share your product link.

I totally understand. Good to know there are no know issues like this. Then the problem is somewhere in our side. I will keep investigating and will post if I make any findings.
